 2015 BURROWS LAKE CABIN WEEKLY RATES:

January 2015 through June 19, 2015:  $1250

June 20, 2015 through September 4, 2015:  $1395 

September 5, 2015 through spring 2016:  $1250

Two kayaks (with paddles and life vests) are available for an additional $100 per week

2015 BURNS LAKE CABIN WEEKLY RATES

January 2015 through June 19, 2015:  $2395

June 20, 2015 through September 4, 2015:  $2795

September 5, 2015 through spring, 2016:  $2495

Two superior kayaks, one double, one single (with paddles and life jackets) are available for rent with Burns Lake Cabin for $150 per week.

Assumption of Risk for BOTH cabins:

Guests assume all risks relating to their occupacy and use of each cabin and the kayaks and will hold owners harmless for any injury to persons or property.

Deposit and Payment:

We require a non-refundable $200 deposit at the time of reservation for Burrows Lake Cabin and $300 non-refundable deposit for Burns Lake Cabin, paid by MasterCard or Visa. Final payment is due upon check-in. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any overdue rental charges, loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning to the cabins upon checkout at our repair or replacement cost. Rental fees listed include all charges, cabin set-up and cleaning. MN state sales taxes (6.85%) will be added.

Our rental weeks run from 4 p.m. on Saturday until 11 a.m. on the following Saturday.

We are sorry, but because of the nature of these cabin and other guests' allergies, we cannot accomodate pets or smoking in either cabin.
